Pitt Race #1 – Weekend Race Review

The Challenge Cup Series left “Pitt Race” with more changes at the top of the 2022 Points Race, Sam Ryan continues to hold onto the top spot by a demanding 54 points. With another consistent weekend and two more top 5 finishes and an extra point for capturing the Hard Charger Hardware #59 Jack Maloney moves into 2nd place overall. Tim Sager closes the gap to Jack Maloney with a strong weekend. The series has a 9 weekend break from the excitement and picks back up with FRP at Summit Point Motorsports Park August 19-21, 2022.

Race 1 saw long time member and first time CCS Race Winner #88 Dermot Ennis take the top step of the Podium “congratulations”, P2 #07 Sam Ryan, P3 #5 Tim Sager

 

 

 

 

Race 2 had Mr. Consistency #07 Sam Ryan take the top step of the podium with #81 Ray Carmody taking P2 and #5 Tim Sager backing up his Race 1 Result with another 3rd place finish.
